How do i return a product?

Returns are only accepted if the product has reached you in a bad condition on time of delivery and has been opened in front of the delivery personell for his verification. Always check your products in front of our delivery personell to asure that your product is in new condition.

We will replace your item with a new one in the next 24 hours. If we cannot replace your product we will refund the full amount paid, excluding transport charges.
